The Perfect Estate Plan is a forum for the thoughtful exchange of information and ideas that are, in any way, related to the topic of Estate Planning. Our primary reason for being is to enhance the knowledge base of attorneys and financial professionals, as well as their clients and potential clients, who are involved in or have an interest in, any aspect of estate planning. Kristen Drake is the creator and chief instigator of The Perfect Estate Plan. In another life, she is the founder of Education On Point, LLC, an innovative developer and provider of accredited continuing education courses and seminars for attorneys, Certified Financial Planner ™ certificants and other financial professionals.

As an attorney and CFP® certificant whose practice is dedicated to estate planning, Kristen is uniquely qualified to serve her clients and share her perspectives with professional colleagues. Kristen is licensed to practice law in California and Florida. Her credentials include:

• admitted to the California Bar, June 2000
• received Certified Financial Planner ™ certification, June 2003
• admitted to the Florida Bar, September 2005
• received JD (cum laude), Northern Illinois University, December 1999
• received BA, University of California, Irvine, June 1989
